Christmas Chocolate Cake

A soft fudgy cake loaded with rum soaked yellow and black raisins, prunes and roasted cashew, and flavoured with freshly zested orange, cinnamon and hints of nutmeg.

Cake batter is made using plump medjool dates, our in-house gluten free flour blend of jowar, almonds and oats, butter and unrefined cane sugar.

Using 55% organic and vegan couverture dark chocolate.
