Cancellation and Refund Policy for Sokeri
Cancellation:
- For orders valued below INR 10,000, cancellations can be made up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or shipping time.
- To cancel your order, please contact us at +91 70757 96396 on WhatsApp with your order details.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment source.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund or replacement. We may require photos of the item for verification.
- Refunds for qualified cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. May take longer on some occasions
