A few years ago, I started to appro food with a more mindful lens, getting cu ous about the farm-to-table process. Some of our popu desserts that you can find at the Sverve exh it are the almond cakes (made us Kashmiri mamra almonds, organic jagg and cold pressed oil), dark chocolate and orange zest almond cake, apple miso caramel upside down almond cake, and truffles made with nuts, seeds, raw cacao and sweetened using Medjool dates. The almond loaf cake is priced between INR 900 to INR 1400, and a box of 6 truffles costs between INR 300 to INR 350.”
